I have been waiting for purchasing power to resolve my horrible delivery attempt with NSD since April 24, 2021.
NSD team treated both my property and the items I purchased as though they were trash!! After viewing the footage from my ring - I immediately reached out to Purchasing Power and NSD to issue a complaint, share the video and cancel both my order and delivery.
As of today almost a week later NSD is still trying to deliver the items. It seems Purchasing Power (Diego team leader) failed to update NSD on the return. Coupled w/that I have been trying to reach NSD myself to advise them of the return however they remain unreachable via phone, email and chat.
Both of these companies are horrible - it should not take a week to resolve my issue nor should it take that long for a manager or supervisor to reply to a customers complaint/issues of concern.
If I could given them both a "0" - I would!!
Any Company that requires you do an Allotment and show them proff after confirmed, prior to Order being approved is a set up for stealing your cash. Secondly, if you should be foolish enough to do it, as I did, got my Order cancelled by Purchasing Power without my knowledge.
I tried to contact them multiple times and they did not respond until I posted my first review of them here.
They called said the order was Cancelled, provided me with the readon. However, when I said you received my first allotment of $119. She said "Oh, we don't have anything to do with allotments, you have to contact your Organization. What? They got my money and have no control over it. So where is it, floating in Cyberspace?
Unacceptable, this is not a good place to do business with based on my experience.
I have contacted the Federal Ofiice and will be pursuing further.
Anyone interested in Class Action?
Crime is not okay, no matter who commits it!
Taking advantage of Consumers during Pandemic where people are barely making it is a horrendous crime that needs to be investigated and remedied.
Haven't Consumers hurt enough?

I was given 3 different delivery dates, none of them happened. I called to cancel my order and was told it could not be cancelled because the shipment was already in transit. I asked if I could just decline the package and was told I would have to pay a fee to do this, since the item is not being reported as damaged. So they want me to pay for an item I never got due to them not being able to communicate with the shipper ( FEDEX)
I placed an order for a computer, with an estimated time 30 days to ship out. The order was never placed, all this time they made it seem it was being build for me. The deadline came in and all they say the item it's not available...I though it was a legit business.
I won't trust them again, to good to be true....
Got a new iphone at a reasonable price. The spending limit is nice, no down payment, and the biweekly payments are affordable. I hardly notice a difference in what’s coming out of my paychecks. The shipping and delivery were super fast. Had my phone with in 2 days.

This is a very great program. I just wish you would report to all three credit reporting agencies as this would help out every customer you serve!

I’ve been ordering from Purchasing Power for years (from electronics, to furniture, etc.), and as always they continue to deliver good & quality products, and the process is always smooth and easy. I have never been disappointed. The repayment plan options are easy to set up, and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone. Can’t wait to try a vacation with them after these Covid-19 restrictions lift.
I've ordered several items on here from electronics to handbags and have been extremely satisfied with the service! The get a thumbs up from me and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I made a purchase and the next day received an email advertising the item i purchased for 15% off. I called an asked if I may take advantage of the offer. I was told I could. Several months later I check my account as I was going to make another purchase and the discount was never applied. I called once again and was told it would be taken care of. Months has passed once again and I noticed a credit for half of the amount my credit should have been. I was told they took the 15% off the current balance of the item, not the full amount of the item. What a rip off. The items already have a huge mark up and they still rip you off with their so called discount. Very disappointing!
